We are looking for a vibrant Front Desk Attendant to be the face of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll set the stage for an "Auss-some" dining experience by managing the flow of the dining room and ensuring every guest feels valued from the second they arrive until they head home. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary Front Desk Attendant, welcoming every guest with a sincere smile and a bold Outback greeting. • Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently to ensure the dining room runs smoothly and servers are supported. • Maintain the lobby atmosphere, engaging in genuine conversation with guests to make their wait time fly by. • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless transition for guests moving from the front desk to their tables. • Provide a lasting positive impression by thanking departing guests and inviting them back for their next visit.
