Out Of The Box Systems is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations / Project Manager to become the organizational backbone of our development projects. Workload • 40 hours per week. Remote work. Hourly pay. Responsibilities • Own client communication, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and needs are translated clearly for the technical team. • Drive the continuous improvement of internal work processes, creating and refining documentation to enhance clarity. • Coordinate the development team's workflow, helping to prioritize tasks and track progress against project milestones. • Manage project reporting, ensuring stakeholders have a clear and accurate view of project status. Required Skills • You enjoy untangling complex challenges and can navigate ambiguity to find the best path forward. • You value clear, constructive communication and are open to giving and receiving feedback to achieve clarity. • You can easily put yourself in a client's shoes to understand their intent, even when it's not perfectly expressed. • You are naturally curious and adept at mastering modern information tools like Notion and Google Workspace. • You take ownership of your work, holding yourself and others to a high standard to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • You are guided by a strong sense of transparency and reliability; your team can count on you to follow through. Preferred Skills • Previous experience in a similar role or completion of relevant courses. • Background in customer support. • Prior experience within the IT industry.
