As a trusted QuickBooks partner, we provide outsourced accounting, controllership, CFO advisory, and financial technology solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. Overview We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead and execute OOTB’s marketing strategy. This role will focus on driving pipeline growth, increasing brand visibility, and positioning OOTB as a trusted outsourced accounting and advisory partner. The Marketing Director will own the full marketing function and work closely with Sales, Leadership, and external partners to support both growth and long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals for pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Manage external agencies and vendors to support key initiatives. Track and report on marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI. Email Marketing Own the email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, automation, segmentation, and optimization. Build and maintain nurture programs that support longer sales cycles, lead conversion, and customer retention. Content Development Create and oversee content across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, sales collateral, and social media. Develop and distribute prospect and client newsletters. Partner with internal subject matter experts, including Controllers, CFOs, and technology advisors, to produce thought leadership content that supports the buyer’s journey. Sales Enablement Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, messaging frameworks, and training resources. Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and revenue targets. Customer Marketing Develop and manage programs that highlight client success and advocacy. Create and promote case studies, testimonials, and client stories that demonstrate measurable results. Collect and use client feedback to inform marketing strategy, messaging, and content. Build initiatives that support customer retention and long-term engagement. Partner Marketing Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including referral and technology partners. Manage partner communications, co-branded materials, and content syndication efforts. Event Management Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and tradeshows. Manage event promotion, logistics, and follow-up to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
