Role Overview: As a Staff Design Producer at Oura, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and production teams, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to delivery. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage timelines, and drive the production of high-quality design assets that align with our brand vision and user experience goals. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. - You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to facilitate smooth workflows. - You will oversee resource allocation and budget management for design initiatives. - You will implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. - You will communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels. - You will mentor junior producers and contribute to building a strong design production team. - You will champion user-centered design principles throughout the production lifecycle. - You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating feedback. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in design production, project management, or related roles within tech or creative industries. - Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Deep understanding of design processes, UX/UI principles, and product development cycles. - Experience with budget management and resource planning. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in health tech or wearable technology sectors. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. - Background in design or UX, with hands-on experience in creative tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. - Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling design production teams.
