Role Overview: As a Senior UX Researcher at Oura, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products by uncovering deep user insights and translating them into actionable design improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our diverse user base. What You'll Do: - You will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies to gather meaningful insights. - You will analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product development. - You will develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform design decisions. - You will advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. - You will present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging research methodologies to continuously improve our research practices. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within consumer technology or health tech sectors. - You possess strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. - You are proficient with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms. - You have excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex insights clearly. - You are experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with wearable technology or health-related products. - Background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field. - Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL or Python. - Experience conducting remote user research with global audiences.
