Full Description

Our Lady of Victory School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grades 3–5 English Language Arts Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The ideal candidate will foster a love of reading and writing while creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment grounded in faith and academic excellence. Qualifications: • New York State Teaching Certification (required) • Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and instructional best practices for elementary students • Proficiency with Google Classroom and other digital learning tools • Experience or familiarity with station rotation and other blended learning models • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ELA lessons aligned with NYS standards • Utilize Google Classroom to manage assignments, communication, and digital learning • Implement station rotation and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student growth • Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
