Full Description

Job Description: - Manage and maintain blanket purchase orders in NetSuite ERP system (BPOs) for packaging materials across all plant locations; monitor usage, balances, expirations, and supplier alignment- Act as the liaison between plant buyers, suppliers, and accounts payable to resolve PO discrepancies and ensure smooth procurement operations- Support supplier onboarding, pricing updates, contract tracking, and accurate data entry into ERP systems- Maintain procurement reports, trackers/KPIs, and dashboards to support visibility and compliance- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements- Assist in strategic sourcing projects and initiatives, such as developing new sourcing strategies, conducting spend analysis, or implementing category management programs- Analyze packaging material usage, cost trends, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement- Assist in packaging standardization, SKU rationalization, and sustainability efforts (e.g., downgauging, recyclability)- Maintain and update packaging specifications and documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, packaging engineering, business administration, or a related field.- 1+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement or packaging engineering, preferably within the CPG or food industry.- Demonstrated expertise in film and corrugated materials including sourcing, performance testing, and cost analysis- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.- Proven negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with sourcing and procurement software.- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Occasional travel to supplier sites or manufacturing facilities up to 10% Benefits: - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)- 401k Plan with Company Match- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)- Parental Leave- Short Term & Long Term Disability**No recruiters, please**
