The Senior Manager will guide the execution of innovative, impactful influencer partnerships, creative gifting and strategic community building, while collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and overall strategy.RequirementsWhat You’ll Do:Drive holistic influencer programming that enhances brand recognition to generate loyalty, engagement and share of voice across digital spacesLead influencer strategies for product launches, brand campaigns and always-on programmingLead the conceptualization and seamless execution of conversation-starting PR/influencer mailers for key product launches, managing budgets and holding internal and external parties to timelinesBuild organic influencer programming to optimize the brand’s content creator community, prioritizing growth and retention tacticsOversee the execution of performance-driven partnerships and affiliate campaigns, partnering with key team leads to leverage content across digital channelsCreate and integrate paid media strategies into influencer programs to enhance campaign visibility and drive measurable impact, aligning with cross-functional teams to enhance performanceOversee influencer seeding, gifting and content creation to engage and grow the creator communityDevelop clear and measurable KPIs and benchmarks across all programming, reporting on results and analyzing successContribute to the management of Tribe Dynamics, tracking monthly performance to scale short- and long-term goalsCollaborate with international PR agencies to adapt influencer plans across key marketsManage multiple direct reports, working collaboratively to execute the influencer marketing strategySupport the planning and execution of launch events and creative, in-person relationship building moments on behalf of the brandAssist in developing Influencer Marketing budgets and manage budgets to plansConsistently cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts, helping to grow and diversify the OUAI influencer communityWhat You’ll Bring+6 years of experience working with beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands"We Don’t Compete, We Collaborate" this role as it emphasizes fostering authentic partnerships with influencers, aligning cross-functional teams for seamless execution, and building a cohesive, community-driven approach to drive impactful campaigns.Willingness and interest in creating relationships and developing partnerships with key influencers on behalf of the brandA passion for staying at the forefront of established and emerging social and digital platformsDeep understanding of paid influencer and affiliate tactics and what success entailsStrong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing performance metricsExpertise in maintaining department budgetsExperience managing direct reports and team dynamicsSkilled at working with cross functional teams and external agency partnersProven ability to take initiative to support company, department, and personal goalsEagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environmentBenefitsAnnual Base Salary Range is $110K - $120K depending on experience + yearly bonusMedical + Dental + VisionUnlimited PTO25+ Paid HolidaysMatching 401k programQuarterly OUAI Product Stipend + Employee DiscountsFlex FridaysEmployee HSA and FSAHybrid work reimbursementMove Your OUAI (Exercise Reimbursement)Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role.
