We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow across a portfolio of hotels. This role is about more than numbers; it’s about building partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and being part of a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and heart. What You’ll Do Drive new business across multiple properties in corporate, group, and leisure markets. Build and sustain strong client relationships that lead to lasting success. Partner with property teams to ensure flawless execution of group and corporate business. Represent our hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. What You Bring At least 3 years of hotel sales experience (multi-property preferred). A proven record of hitting sales goals and growing revenue. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivation to work remotely, plus flexibility for some travel.
