Summary The Product Manager is responsible for assessing, evaluating, coordinating, and integrating the various stages of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution. This role serves as a central hub, aligning the product’s development with strategic inputs from across the organization and ensuring that all functional contributions cohere into a comprehensive product strategy. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, sales, and external partners, to deliver outstanding customer-centric products and services. Responsibilities Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap. Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption. Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions. Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out. Oversee product-related deliverables, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures. Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Certification Requirement Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
