Purpose of this position: Own technical deal conversion by selectively engaging in high-intent discovery and translating healthcare business problems into buyer-ready solutions and executable delivery success plans. We are hiring a decision leader who joins only where conversion matters, not a solution presenter. This role: ● Joins only select 1st intro meetings with US or Indian Sales where conversion potential is high ● Does NOT attend all discovery calls ● Is brought in only when the goal is to convert discovery → qualified technical engagement WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (must-have profile) Look for someone who has: • 10–15+ years total experience in healthcare technology services • 5+ years in pre-sales / solution consulting / solution architecture (not only delivery) • Direct US healthcare client exposure (payer, provider, RCM, claims, analytics) • Led buyer-level discovery and deal qualification, not just demos • Worked closely with offshore (India) delivery teams and owned commitments WHAT THIS PERSON HAS ACTUALLY DONE (screening signals) Shortlist criteria for candidates: • I helped convert deals, not just support sales. • I selectively joined early discovery calls to qualify seriousness. • I influenced scope, pricing, or phasing of deals. • I have said no to deals or reduced scope to protect delivery. • I’ve explained complex tech in simple business language to US buyers. Must understand: • Healthcare workflows (payer / provider / RCM / claims) • Data platforms, integrations, AI/analytics at an architectural level • Estimation, solution trade-offs, and delivery constraints Soft Skills: Executive presence with US healthcare leaders Strong decision-making under ambiguity Clear communicator between US sales and India tech teams Comfortable challenging sales optimism with facts Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
