Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily projects in San Antonio, including garden-style, wrap, and podium developments. This role will oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of projects valued between $20M and $100M, overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and cost controls, and coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams. The Project Manager will lead meetings, review progress, resolve issues to keep projects on track, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Additional duties include reviewing and approving RFIs, submittals, and change orders; mentoring project teams; and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships to support repeat business. Qualified candidates should have 5-10 years of project management experience with a strong background in multifamily construction, including wrap, podium, and garden projects. A proven track record of delivering ground-up projects on time and within budget is essential. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel is required. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and OSHA 30 certification is strongly preferred. Strong communication, financial management, and leadership skills are also required. This role offers a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience), vehicle allowance, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package, along with long-term growth opportunities with a leading multifamily builder.
