Be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Innovative Development: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge applications while adhering to industry best practices. Own the entire software development lifecycle, showcasing your expertise in C#, .Net, and backend development (SQL, NoSQL). • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion coding standards to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code. • Tech Savvy: Stay ahead in the dynamic world of software development by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. • 5 - 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer delivering high-quality software products. • Strong understanding of software design principles, web architecture, and protocols (REST, SOAP, API design). • Proficiency in backend development (SQL, NoSQL) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular.js, Ember.js, or React). • Bonus: Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
