We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Editor to help lead our editorial strategy, grow our audience, and shape the voice of our B2B media brands—ORTHOWORLD, OMTEC, and BONEZONE. This is a leadership role, not a “worker bee” position—we're looking for a strategic thinker, confident decision-maker and team-oriented leader who can ease the load on our current team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Our ideal candidate brings strong editorial leadership along with hands-on experience in events and tradeshows. You’ve developed educational content, managed speaker relationships and advisory boards and worked closely with sales and marketing to meet and exceed advertiser and sponsor expectations.You’ll manage specific content areas and oversee freelancers and production team members. You’ll play a key role in evolving our content across digital and live platforms—including articles, videos, webinars, infographics, newsletters and event sessions. You must be energized by creativity, motivated by impact and excited to work at the intersection of editorial excellence, audience engagement and business growth.Finally, while this is a leadership role, being part of a small but high-performing team means you'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on when needed to keep projects moving forward and ensure team success.
