Ortega Guitars – Key Account Inside/Outside Sales Manager Ortega Guitars is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our dealer network, strengthening relationships, and driving sales, while assisting with marketing and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with current Ortega dealers • Follow up with each dealer after orders are received • Reconnect with dealers who have not ordered in an extended period to identify opportunities and provide support • Pitch current specials & promotions • Research and establish new prospective Ortega dealers • Open new authorized accounts and grow dealer network • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns • Support print and mail advertising initiatives • Provide in-house customer service support as needed Qualifications: • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Sales or customer service experience preferred • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills • Familiarity with musical instruments is a plus (nylon-string guitars, ukuleles, banjos, mandolins) • Proficiency in email platforms, social media, and CRM systems preferred • Friendly, outgoing personality, not afraid to make phone calls and talk to people is a must Position Details: • Employment Type: Full-time • Location: In-house office position at Ortega Guitars (Meinl USA) – Nashville, TN Must be able to commute to East Nashville 5 days per week • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Travel: Up to 50% all-expense-paid travel required • Benefits: Available after 60 days of employment • If you’re passionate about music, people, sales, and helping dealers succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
