Job Title: Project Manager - EPM Location: Remote Job Duration: 6 Months+ Job Description: • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EPM implementation and enhancement projects. • The candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation, upgrade, and support projects. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors/partners. • Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions. • Ensure smooth integration of Oracle EPM with ERP and other enterprise systems. • Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Manage UAT cycles, cutover activities, and ensure successful go-live of EPM solutions. • Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 4+ years focused on Oracle EPM projects. • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion (Planning, HFM, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS). • Proven track record of delivering complex financial systems projects on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.). • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Good to Have (Preferred): • Oracle EPM Cloud certification. • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments. • Familiarity with Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM) integration. • Experience in regulatory compliance and audit processes (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
