We are looking for a Operational Technology Engineering Intern - Summer 2026. During this internship, you will partner with the OT Engineering team. Responsibilities • Assisting with the design, analysis, and testing of electrical protection, control, SCADA, and communication systems for transmission and distribution projects, under the guidance of experienced engineers. • Gaining hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects, including exposure to industry standards, power system components, and protection & control practices. • Supporting engineering deliverables using AutoCAD, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office, while applying analytical and problem-solving skills to technical challenges. • Working as a team-oriented contributor, participating in collaboration, communication, and field visits, with a willingness to go onsite and engage in practical learning opportunities. Requirements • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a degree seeking program. • Academic status of Sophomore or above • Program of study: Electrical Engineering • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above • Authorized to work in the United States • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule during May 18, 2026, through August 14, 2026 Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with electrical systems and industry standards • Interest in power systems, protection & control • Experience with AutoCAD / CAD tools (preferred) • Team-oriented, strong communication skills • Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment Benefits • Competitive pay • Career acceleration and development • Free access to on-site fitness centers at all locations
