Telecom Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Present wireless plans, devices, and promotions in an engaging, easy-to-understand way that connects product benefits to each customer’s unique needs. • Build strong, long-term relationships through active listening, expert product knowledge, and personalized communication. • Mentor and motivate fellow Telecom Sales Representatives by sharing best practices, providing coaching, and fostering a supportive, goal-oriented team culture. • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and service enhancements through continuous training and hands-on learning. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Convert initial interactions into loyal relationships by following up with care and consistency. • Track and assess Telecom Sales Representative performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
