Key Responsibilities: • Ensure safety is prioritized in all tasks. • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in every interaction. • Act as a caring problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing your training to recommend the best solutions. • Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and leveraging assigned leads. • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business initiatives. • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties, with guidance provided. • Offer tailored recommendations based on inspections, effectively addressing inquiries and clarifying expectations for customer peace of mind. • Stay organized by using an iPad we supply for preparing sales agreements and managing tasks.
