Key Responsibilities: • Ensure safety is prioritized in all tasks. • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in every interaction. • Act as a caring problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing your training to recommend the best solutions. • Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and leveraging assigned leads. • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business initiatives. • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties, with guidance provided. • Offer tailored recommendations based on inspections, effectively addressing inquiries and clarifying expectations for customer peace of mind. • Stay organized by using an iPad we supply for preparing sales agreements and managing tasks. Physical Requirements: Candidates must fulfill the physical demands of the job, safely performing duties with or without accommodations: • Use ladders safely within the manufacturer’s weight limits. • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. • Safely navigate crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops. • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary. • Be prepared to work in diverse weather conditions.
