Developing enablement and content marketing assets, shaping market voice, and operationalizing marketing processes.
6-10+ years in marketing, experience in SaaS or high-growth startups, ownership of enablement and content programs, strong storytelling skills.
About Orita Orita builds AI customer segments for many of the best brands in the world including (deep breath) Spanx, ThirdLove, True Classic, Tracksmith, Harney & Sons, Sun Bum, Ministry of Supply, Thursday Boots, gorjana, and hundreds more. Orita’s algorithms help brands understand who wants to hear from them, when, and through what channel (email, SMS, direct mail today, more coming soon …). By messaging prospects and customers when they’re actually listening, you’re able to make a bunch of money. In a world where acquisition costs are skyrocketing, fixing retention and driving LTV is the key to profitable growth. About the role We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own two of our most important marketing areas: enablement and content marketing, turning technically complex AI products into clear narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike. This role exists to unlock speed and impact. Orita is growing quickly, and we have more high-quality marketing opportunities than we can execute effectively today. You’ll take ownership of key initiatives that support revenue, empower our partners and internal teams, and shape how we show up in the market. Reporting to the CMO, this is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into momentum and wants to play a meaningful role in building the foundation of a growing AI company. What you’ll do Own enablement across the business You’ll be responsible for developing persuasive marketing assets for Sales, Customer Success, and Agency and Tech partners to close and effectively serve customers. This includes: Creating and evolving sales and partner enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, case studies, and playbooks Translating product updates, positioning, and market insights into clear, usable materials Partnering closely with Orita teammates in Sales, CS, Partnerships, as well as external partners like Klaviyo and retention agencies to understand what’s working and what’s needed next. Your work will directly support revenue and customer outcomes. Build and scale content & thought leadership You’ll help shape our voice in the market by turning strong ideas into content that educates, builds credibility, and supports growth. This includes: Developing thought leadership that leverages our team’s expertise to reinforce our positioning AEO strategy and execution Writing and editing content across formats Running experiments to learn what works This role emphasizes quality, clarity, and usefulness over volume. Help operationalize Marketing as we grow As we add more people and programs, you’ll help bring structure to how marketing work gets done. This includes: Creating systems that make it easier to move quickly without losing clarity Helping turn what works today into repeatable loops for the future Launching Orita to new platforms and channels with repeatable GTM motions This is an opportunity to influence not just what we do, but how we do it. About you 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills, with comfort owning work end to end You’ve likely done many of the following: Owned enablement for a customer-facing or partner-facing function (Sales, Customer Success, agencies, or similar), including creating and maintaining the core assets those teams rely on. Written customer case studies end to end, including working directly with customers, incorporating feedback, and getting final approval for publication. Built or evolved sales or partner decks and talk tracks that were actively used in live conversations and deals. Turned complex or technical product capabilities into clear narratives that non-technical audiences could understand and act on. Owned content marketing programs beyond blog writing, including editorial planning, prioritization, and distribution. Pitched thought leadership ideas and saw them through to execution (published content, events, talks, webinars, or panels), with measurable impact Written or edited content that was reused across sales, partnerships, lifecycle, or enablement, not just a single channel. Worked closely with cross-functional partners to refine messaging based on real-world feedback from customers or prospects. Managed multiple initiatives at once and made clear tradeoffs about what mattered most when timelines or priorities shifted. Why this role You’ll have meaningful ownership from day one, close partnership with the CMO, and the opportunity to shape how marketing operates at a pivotal stage. Work in AI with a team that has deep expertise in the field, while you learn the landscape of all the new AI tools leading marketers are using today. If you enjoy building, writing, enabling others, and seeing your work directly influence growth, this role offers both impact and room to grow.
