Assist project managers with scheduling, coordination, and site visits to support large construction projects.
Minimum 2 years of administration experience, strong computer and organizational skills, with construction industry experience preferred.
Orion Solutions is working with a highly regarded electrical construction company to identify a Project Management Assistant to support Project Managers with the planning, organization, and management of everyday operations, primarily on large projects. Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling on large projects, including coordination with outside vendors and subcontractors. • Prepare and accurately complete job start forms. • Review project scope, materials, tooling, schedule, and phasing with the foreman. • Review alternates, premium time needs, qualifications, and exceptions. • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve timeline issues. • Communicate with clients by phone and email to address needs and provide updates. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience. • Strong computer skills. • Excellent organization skills. • Previous experience within the construction industry is a plus
