We work diligently to listen and provide value to your unique needs. www.OrionGRPS.com OVERVIEW At Orion, we are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support the Data Archiving Workstream for applications being sunset as part of the Voyager program. The PM will coordinate cross‑tower teams, business stakeholders, and application managers as multiple systems undergo archival preparation and data extraction activities leading up to go‑live. OPPORTUNITY 6-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone) SALARY $120,000 – $130,000 W2 plus benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the end‑to‑end data archiving workstream across multiple applications. • Partner with tower leads and application managers to structure archiving tasks, readiness steps, and timelines. • Track and coordinate work across multiple technical and business stakeholder groups. • Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across application teams preparing for retirement. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and escalate as needed. • Build work plans and a structured path to completion using Smartsheets and Google Suite tools. • Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. • Support archiving activities beginning in September and through Voyager go‑live (with potential post‑go‑live continuation). KEY EXPERIENCE • Prior cross-functional IT project management experience or business project manager in agile environments • Proven ability to organize complex workstreams and drive execution independently • Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and business stakeholders • Experience with cross-functional coordination including stakeholder and vendor management • Experience with Smartsheets • Experience with Google Sheets & Google Slides including Google Suite collaboration tools • Experience with ServiceNow PPM preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience considered INTERVIEW PROCESS • Quick turnaround: preliminary interview followed by team interview. • One to two rounds with the hiring manager and the team.
