Remote Digital Ads Manager (Google + Meta) | Flat Rate + Bonuses and Commission About Us: Origins Curriculum is a nature-based and mindfulness-infused education company creating a more conscious, connected world—one child at a time. We develop learning tools that nurture eco-literacy, emotional intelligence, and love for the planet. About the Role: We’re looking for a part time (2-5 hrs per week) remote digital ads manager to oversee and optimize our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll work with our existing creative assets (we provide all visuals and copy) and focus on data-driven results—testing, reporting, and refining to improve ROI. This flexible remote role is ideal for someone who believes in conscious education and wants to make a real impact for children and the planet. You’ll also receive complimentary access to our Origins Curriculum (an $85/month value) if you’d like to use or explore it personally. What You’ll Do: • Manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google • Track analytics and report on ad performance • Test new audiences, placements, and strategies • Collaborate with our small team on goals and insights What We’re Looking For: • Experience running Meta and Google Ads (both) • Strong understanding of ad metrics, ROAS, and A/B testing • Passion for education, kids, and protecting the planet • Reliable communication and self-management Compensation: • $550/month (contractor position) • Performance-based bonuses (ad conversion-based commission) - $10 bonus for each confirmed new paid subscriber (after trial period) up to $3000 per month • Long-term growth opportunities with our conscious, mission-driven company Job Type: Part-time Pay: $550.00 per month Expected hours: 2 – 5 per week Work Location: Remote
