The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle ownership of New Clinic Openings and ensuring that all associated tasks are executed on time and within budget. This includes acting as the key point of contact for various stakeholders and driving accountability across departments.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in project management and in opening brick-and-mortar locations, preferably in the healthcare industry. An interest in women's health and pelvic floor physical therapy is also desired.

About the role Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Business Development, Origin’s Project Manager is responsible for owning the process and execution of New Clinic Openings (NCO), and other various projects ensuring milestones are met on time and on budget by: NCO (New Clinic Openings) Full lifecycle ownership of the New Clinic Opening process and execution of all associated tasks. To start, this role will have no direct reports Acting as the key point of contact for General Contractors, Landlords, etc during the NCO process Driving departmental accountability, ensuring opening timeline remains on track from real estate turnover through doors open Continual betterment and iteration of the NCO timeline and process to create sustainable growth Ensuring key stakeholders have a holistic view of project status and needs at all times Ownership of intake and discovery calls, collecting pertinent information for Origin stakeholders to make informed decisions Selection and coordination of key vendors (construction, signage, security, utilities, etc), forming relationships with national vendors, when relevant, for ease of install In person execution of: Vendor meeting and installation management Initial tech setup On-site during setup and available for questions and logistics support opening week FF&E sourcing and ordering (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure items ordered are competitively priced Creating solutions for warehousing and drop shipping to shorten time from order to delivery for items with longer lead times Manage and maintain Origin’s FF&E and Finish Schedules Promptly sourcing replacements for out-of-stock or discontinued items Accurately tracking selections for each build to ensure thorough documentation and future reference. Coordinating alternatives and new FF&E needs with Design as needed Working with Clinical Directors on facilities issues (landlord vs tenant responsibility, repair options, etc) Vendor Contract Management Ownership of vendor contract file management, renewal reminders Point of contact for large contract renewals requiring work from multiple departments (Origin insurance policies, lease renewals, registered agent, etc) Implementation of process and tech to help internal team remain informed of key contract dates and terms for renewals Mergers & Acquisitions Ensuring discovery process from all functions and key stakeholders remains on target Modifying and enhancing phased M&A approach and timeline for Origin Collaborating with Origin’s Learning & Development team to create a comprehensive integration timeline Following through with integration, ensuring all functions remain aligned and on track Compensation: Part-time position, with compensation prorated from an annual salary range of $80,000–$100,000 (full-time equivalent), depending on experience and qualifications. Meaningful travel is required for this role, subject to the changing and evolving needs of the organization and opening timelines. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. This range represents the expected pay for this role; actual pay may vary based on factors permitted by law.
