Bachelor’s degree, 4-6+ years project/program management experience, knowledge of software delivery and APIs, stakeholder and vendor management experience, and proficiency with program management tools.
Job Description: • Coordinates the operation of departments within approved programs to confirm specifications, control deadlines, budgets and activities. • Directs, formulates, organizes and monitors inter-connected projects/activities. • Decides on strategies and objectives, paying close attention to avoid unapproved scope creep or loss of focus. • Performs program analysis, manages performance and risk management by identifying and influencing necessary course corrections, creatively solves problems, and communicates program status and activities to leadership and program stakeholders. • Identifies, produces standardized KPIs and presents program reports for leadership and stakeholders. • Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved. • Monitors and carefully considers resource constraints when planning, scheduling and executing programs. • Proactively communicates bottlenecks or other blockers in a prompt and solution-oriented manner. • Identifies key requirements and execution support needed from cross-functional teams. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Where applicable, accountable for individual team member productivity and success. • Performs ongoing team member career development and performance management, in addition to leading the annual performance review process for all team members.
