Full Description

Overview As a Senior Project Manager you will direct efforts between projects leading the overall program with strong attention to businessobjectives, implementation, and delegation. In this position you will help clients stay on schedule, on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. Starting base pay for this role is between $108,000 and $135,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states). Responsibilities Creates and maintains all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit. Identifies and manages potential scope creep / out-of-scope. Works with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project. Works with Technical Consultant to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member. Maintains implementation related data in Salesforce. Assists team with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external. Prepares and presents applicable client / project status reports, such as implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports, etc. Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing. Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client. Qualifications 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field required Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required Exceptional time management skills Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred Insurance industry experience preferred Who We Are Origami Risk provides integrated SaaS solutions to organizations across the risk and insurance ecosystem — from insured corporate and public entities to brokers and risk consultants, insurers, third party claims administrators (TPAs), and risk pools.
