Overview The Manager, Operational Data & Resource Capacity Management collects, reports, and operationalizes data to best support the goals of the Client Services organization (Professional Services and Client Success) and to enable the optimal allocation of resources. This leader leverages their analytical and data reporting skills, knowledge of Resource Capacity Management best-practices and modeling, and their team of data analysts to ensure Client Services capacity is balanced with business demand, colleague utilization is maximized to attain margin and efficiency targets, and the right people are aligned to the right work to drive colleague and client satisfaction. This position focuses on providing operational data and insights that support organizational performance to Client Services leadership and teams, Executives, and partners in other functions including Finance and Revenue Operations. Starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $139,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states). Responsibilities Develops and maintains resource capacity models to forecast resource demand and optimize allocation across Client Services Builds and enhances dashboards and reports that empower teams and leaders to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions Leads a team of data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable operational insights Monitors and reports on colleague utilization, ensuring alignment with margin and efficiency targets Provides monthly executive-level reporting on Client Services performance, capacity, and resource trends Partners with Finance and Revenue Operations to inform budgeting, headcount planning, and hiring strategies Delivers data and reporting that supports governance efforts for managing client accounts and implementation projects Ensures resource capacity is balanced with business demand to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction Translates complex data into clear narratives for Client Services leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Establishes and maintains data integrity and consistency across operational reporting systems Identifies and addresses gaps in resource planning and utilization through proactive analysis and recommendations Collaborates with Client Success and Professional Services leaders to align operational data with strategic goals Drives continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies Supports scenario planning and “what-if” modeling to evaluate the impact of business changes on resource need Champions the use of data to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance excellence Responsible for performance management of team members Performs team member review, evaluation, and compensation processes Accountable for the team’s success Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field 3-5 years of experience in operational data reporting and resource capacity management within a complex professional services environment Experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues Proven ability to drive business change through stakeholder collaboration Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable business insights Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences Project or program management experience preferred Familiarity with Salesforce and Certinia is a plus Benefits Medical and Dental coverage available for employees, dependents, domestic partners, and spouses Paid Time Off – Flexible options plus 10 paid company holidays where available** All full-time positions are hybrid, with many eligible to be completely remote Fully Paid by Origami Risk – Vision insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Basic Life Insurance Generous family leave options—including adoption and foster care placements Pre-Tax Savings Accounts – Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, Commuter Benefits, Dependent Care Savings Account Retirement Savings – 401(k) with company match up to 4% Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Confidential & Free support offered to colleagues facing personal or work-related complications Education Assistance Program – to help colleagues pursue industry/role-specific certifications Wellness Benefits – reimbursement program to invest in healthy habits as well as support better colleague productivity and stress management Additional coverages available – Pet Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Voluntary Life & AD&D coverage **Flexible PTO not available in California or the UK Who We Are Origami Risk delivers single-platform SaaS solutions that help organizations best navigate the complexities of risk, insurance, compliance, and safety management.
