Description Position: Contract Program Manager Number of Openings: 1 Location: Onsite within the DC, MD, or VA area Clearance: Active TS/SCI Make an Impact with ODRG! To secure an award, we are recruiting a highly experienced Contract Project Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead and manage a federal government program in a mission-critical environment. This position demands exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly regulated, high-visibility government setting. What You'll Do: Serve as the designated single point of contact (POC) for the VERTEX program office, with responsibility for overseeing and supporting all contract and subcontract activities pertaining to performance, financial management and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications. Additionally, the CPM is tasked with maintaining consistent communication with the Government Program Manager (PM) for VERTEX and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring they are apprised of relevant programmatic and technical developments. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate has extensive experience serving as the primary point of contact (POC) to Government Program Managers and Contracting Officer’s Representatives, ensuring strict compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, contract deliverables, and program governance standards. In addition, have hands-on experience developing and maintaining Project Management Plans, schedules, and risk management documentation, while integrating Agile delivery methods within a government program environment. Requirements Clearance & Eligibility • This position supports a federal contract and requires an Active TS/SCI clearance (must be current and verifiable). Requirements • 7-10 years in federal program/project management • Prior DoD or IC program experience • Demonstrated capability to manage a large government program with large staff • Demonstrated expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms and demonstrated ability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity • Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with Senior Leadership and/or Government Executives and staff on a day-to-day basis • Demonstrated leadership skills and success building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines Compensation: The salary range for this position is influenced by several factors, such as location, job responsibilities, and alignment with market data. In addition, it includes contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. As of now, no salary range has been determined.
