We are a successful Bay Area multi-unit restaurant group with locations in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and San Francisco. We serve authentic Middle-Eastern /Mediterranean cuisine that our Founder grew up on in Israel! All of this in a full-service, polished environment with a demand for take out and delivery. We are looking to hire Servers at our Cupertino location that are passionate about service, enjoy good food, and like working as a team. If this sounds like you then Oren's Hummus is a place for you! Our open positions do require weekend availability and candidates must live within a reasonable commute (30m-45m) from the restaurant. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A SERVER • At least 1 year experience serving in a full-service, polished dining environment. • Energetic, happy people - likes working with others and interacting with Guests. • Hustles and takes care of their station (full hands in, full hands out) • Team player, willing to help out in a pinch (we never say "that's not my job"). • Able to work weekends when the most money is made PERKS OF THE JOB • Flexible schedule. • Direct Deposit available. • 50% off meals for shifts less than 6 hours, free meal for shifts over 6 hours • Opportunity to grow into management role if desired. • Closed on: Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. • Closed at 3pm: Passover, 4thof July, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. • Bi-annual performance reviews provided.
