Network Support Specialist Location: Portland, OR (On-site) Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | $27–$31 per hour Ready to grow your IT career in a place that values people just as much as technology? What You'll Do As a Network Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert making sure our internal systems run smoothly so our team can serve our members efficiently. You’ll provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot issues, and help us continuously level up our technology game. Key Responsibilities: • Be the first line of tech support for staff across all departments — via phone, email, and ticketing systems. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues from the desktop to the server level. • Set up, maintain, and optimize user workstations, servers, peripherals, and network systems. • Keep everything running efficiently through proactive maintenance and problem trend analysis. • Stay up to date with tools, tech, and best practices — and help your teammates do the same. • Collaborate with a knowledgeable, friendly team that thrives on mutual support and shared success.
