Candidates must have an Associate's Degree with one year of customer service experience or three years of customer service experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for better assistance to Spanish-speaking players.

Lottery is hiring one (1) bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team to guide our retailers, players and Lottery staff to the fastest and easiest resolution. This is a remote position, but you will attend up to 6 weeks of training on site in Salem, OR. This position will be for a limited duration of up to one year, but is still a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with the Oregon Lottery! Assist field staff and training to retailers and players on Lottery products and equipment. Provide follow up to ensure appropriate service is provided. Dispatches technicians. Help with Lottery ticket inventory. Communicate product and marketing information. Provide internal support throughout the Lottery.
