Full Description

Department Overview The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university’s missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service. Function/Duties of Position This position serves as a Board-Certified Laryngology Surgeon within the Department. It is an expectation that the faculty member participates in clinical and surgical activities and takes a fair share of call on nights, weekends, and holidays. OHSU is a teaching facility, and this faculty member will be expected to teach medical students and residents in the clinical setting, as well as through assigned lectures throughout the year. The Director of Education will issue teaching assignments. Required Qualifications This position will see patients at the Center for Health and Healing, 15th floor Voice Clinic. Surgeries will primarily be scheduled at both CHH and on the main campus. Fellowship-trained, board-certified surgeon. Active unrestricted OR Medical and DEA license.
