We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development & Customer Success professional to join our growing team. This role will focus on building relationships and driving adoption across healthcare systems, nursing schools, simulation centers, and training organizations. Requirements • Clinical background preferred, RN or experience in nursing or nursing education • Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems, especially to nurse educators or simulation labs • Experience working within or alongside Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong network and existing contacts in healthcare education or simulation • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and client meetings Benefits • Competitive base salary • Commission • Equity potential • Comprehensive benefits • Flexible work environment
