Every week, our recruiting team brings in new agent partners who are licensed with Orca. These are your accounts — your partners to manage, impress, and grow with. This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment for someone who thrives on ownership, loves relationship-driven sales, and isn’t afraid to push the limits of what’s possible. What You’ll Do • Own a portfolio of 25+ real estate agent partners — these are your clients to support, energize, and grow. • Approve new client applications and ensure their borrowers’ files are ready to close. • Build lasting relationships — stay in touch weekly with your partners, provide updates, and deliver value so they trust you with every deal. • Ensure pipeline success — monitor contracts and make sure all deals close smoothly and on time. • Onboard new partners each week as we continue to expand your book of business. • Drive results — after ramp-up (3 months), close a minimum of 6 loans per month. Top performers are closing far more — your earning potential is unlimited. What We’re Looking For • A motivated, organized sales professional who can handle multiple accounts at once (25+). • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple partners simultaneously. • Prior loan officer or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required — we value drive and resourcefulness above all else. • Someone who loves growth, autonomy, and impact — you’ll have the freedom to build and scale this role as far as you can take it.
