Orb is a new, modern recruitment and staffing firm built for companies that expect results without the fluff. We combine technology with high-touch human support to deliver qualified candidates faster and more affordably. We’re now looking for a self-motivated, commission-driven Recruitment Sales Executive to help us grow our client base. The Role • This is a 100 percent commission role with no cap on earnings. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new clients who need hiring support and you’ll earn a generous cut of every deal you close. You will • Prospect and pitch companies that need recruiting or staffing help • Sell Orb’s services and close new business • Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue • Work independently and own your book of business What You Get • High commission payouts on every client you land • 100 percent remote, flexible schedule • Full autonomy — no micromanagement • Opportunity for equity or leadership roles based on performance Who You Are • A proven closer with B2B sales experience • Skilled at cold outreach and comfortable talking to decision makers • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by income • Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is a big plus If you’re hungry to build your own portfolio of clients and get paid for results, we want to hear from you!
