We are looking for a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams. Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes. Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch. Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution. Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
