As a Senior Principal Security Research Analyst, you will join forces with our skilled software assurance team to enhance our efforts in detecting normal, abnormal, and malicious behaviors, including privacy breaches. We're looking for self-driven security researchers eager to innovate and perform thorough security analyses of various software, systems, and networks. This includes evaluating source code, mobile applications, binaries, and essential infrastructures. Your methodology should surpass conventional approaches such as standard testing, static code analysis, penetration testing, and reverse engineering. Responsibilities In your role, you will build upon our in-house expertise in software security analysis, aiding those who deploy and operate software systems in assessing risks through targeted inquiries about software behavior. Your main focus will be identifying significant security vulnerabilities across diverse architectures and platforms while collaborating with talented researchers from around the world. Your duties will encompass designing, implementing, integrating, and conducting hands-on analyses to uncover potential vulnerabilities in the software being evaluated, through practical solutions. What You'll Bring • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields • 15+ years of relevant operational experience in software security testing, including fuzzing and penetration testing • Proven experience in conducting thorough security assessments • Excellent proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, and/or Python • Strong grasp of industry-standard frameworks such as OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently • Exceptional analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities and fluency in English • Proficient leadership and mentoring capabilities Nice to Have • Active involvement in organizing or participating in Capture the Flag competitions • Knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems • Understanding of security issues related to LLM-generated code • Experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams • Capacity to mentor junior engineers What We'll Give You • Flexible work-from-home arrangements • A collaborative environment with intelligent, enthusiastic colleagues • A team of highly skilled and diverse professionals around the globe • The resources of a large global operation with the dynamic feel of a small team Who We Are We are an elite team of high-caliber security researchers excited about tackling new challenges. Disclaimer: Some roles with US customers may require compliance with vaccination and occupational health mandates. Compensation and Benefits US Salary Range: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and deferral compensation.
