This opportunity will contribute to Observability, a core OCI organization impacting external and internal customers and all other OCI cloud services. Our integrated Observability and Management platform combines Logging, Monitoring, Auditing, SIEM, Events, and other services. We seek a Senior Manager/Director to lead an exceptional team of Software Engineers, elevating the platform by adding features and scale. • Own a high-scale, massively distributed cloud service handling billions of transactions and PBs of data. • Ensure high availability and operational posture of your service. • Provide leadership, direction, and strategy for a team of excellent senior engineers. • Manage and deliver on a large portfolio of key OCI initiatives with a focus on Logging services in Observability Platform. • Develop a prioritized roadmap of products, features, and engineering asks. Drive the delivery of roadmap commitments on time with high quality. • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure cross-organizational dependencies are managed effectively. • Provide regular updates to executive management. • Monitor the health of services in the OCI fleet and drive solutions to problems before they impact Cloud capacity and availability.
