They are seeking a highly experienced React JS Lead to provide technical leadership, mentor a team of developers, and drive architectural decisions for front-end applications. Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React JS developers. • Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for front-end development. • Lead the design and implementation of complex and scalable React JS applications. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and performant code. • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth. • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and prototypes into functional code. • Work with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs seamlessly. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues. • Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React JS and front-end development. Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in a lead or senior role, providing technical guidance to a team. • Deep understanding of React JS principles, component lifecycle, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand). • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium). • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks. • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG). • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for React applications. • Experience with GraphQL. • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG). • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Contributions to open-source React projects.
