**Job Description** • *Senior Manager, Technical Program Management – Root Cause Analysis & Service Excellence (Oracle Analytics)** • *Turn incidents into insight—and insight into reliability.** Oracle Analytics empowers organizations worldwide to understand and act on their data. Within Oracle Analytics, the **Service Excellence Program Management** organization ensures every service delivers world-class **availability, reliability, scalability, and security** . We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM)** to lead the **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** team under the **Quality of Service (QoS)** pillar. This is a senior technical leadership role for an experienced **site reliability engineer (SRE), DevOps professional, or technical program manager** who combines deep engineering expertise with program execution and organizational influence. You’ll own the **Problem Management and RCA framework** , guide investigations, and drive systemic improvements across Oracle Analytics Cloud. • *What You’ll Do** + Lead and mentor TPMs and engineers executing RCAs for high-severity incidents. + Perform **hands-on RCA work** for complex, cross-service incidents—diving into logs, metrics, and telemetry to identify true root causes and corrective actions. + Define, scale, and continuously improve Oracle’s **Problem Management and RCA methodology** . + Partner with **Engineering, SRE, Product, and Customer Support** to eliminate recurring issues and strengthen prevention mechanisms. + Develop and operationalize **KPI dashboards** , analytics, and trend reports using **SQL/Python** to quantify reliability improvements. + Drive advancements in **observability** , **telemetry** , and **automation** to strengthen service resilience. + Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders. + Build and manage team capability, alignment, and technical growth within the QoS organization. • *Responsibilities** • *What You’ll Bring** + **10+ years of experience in technical roles** , including **SRE, DevOps, or Technical Program Management** , with **at least 3 years leading TPMs or reliability initiatives** . + Proven success in **root cause analysis** , **incident management** , and **service reliability** across **cloud-based distributed systems (PaaS/SaaS)** . + Strong technical foundation in **cloud infrastructure** , **monitoring** , **observability** , and **automation frameworks** . + Expertise in **SQL** , **Python** , and data analytics to measure service quality outcomes. + Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional influence across technical and executive audiences. \#LI-MO1 Disclaimer: • *Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** • *Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,500 to $251,600 per annum.
