Full Description
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be leading execution of the rhythm of the business for OCI’s Central Product Management and Customer Engineering team The broader team is responsible for the development of OCI new features and platforms. You will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic and operational cadence of the business, ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities, executing with precision, and communicating effectively. Your primary mission is to create and maintain a predictable, scalable, and efficient operational framework that enables our leadership team and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
