Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Principal Compliance Integration Program Manager, specializing in data center operations. You will work in one of our service teams supporting compliance services: • Integration • Pre-Go-Live Audit • Security Compliance • Access Management • Security Infrastructure • Environment, Health, & Safety As a Principal Compliance Integration Program Manager, you will: • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver compliance services • Facilitate compliance assessments • Engage with stakeholders/partners and perform continuous monitoring • Provide service support and compliance assessment to stakeholders and customers within Oracle • Interface between corporate and governance partners and the operations team • Educate team members and stakeholders on safety best practices • Raise awareness about potential risks and offer guidance to enhance compliance, security & safety measures The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and results-oriented, thriving on identifying program gaps and enabling user-friendly solutions. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and effectively collaborate with remote teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience relevant to the function area • 8+ years of Program Management experience • 8+ years of audit/compliance experience • Working knowledge of data center construction and operation • Ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones and countries • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferred • Proficient in MS Office Tool • Project and relationship management skills • Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change • Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen, and process expertise • Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) • Positive attitude, team player, self-starter • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills • Demonstrated proficiency in risk management and change management processes Requirements • CISA, ITIL, and PMP preferred • Experience in working directly with and performing assessments against global and regional IT Security Frameworks including ISO, SOC, PCI, C5, or other regional specific frameworks • Foundational knowledge of Cloud IT processes/infrastructure, data center design and operations • Foundational knowledge of Physical Security and Environmental Health and Safety principles • Experience in developing/re-engineering processes to drive standardization and efficiency • Experience in completing Gap assessments of frameworks, processes, and customer requirements • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally within a large organization • Experience in working in a large multi-national company across Americas, Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific Benefits • Develop, maintain, and manage the operating procedures for all aspects of the audit program • Foster and nurture trusted relationships with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), internal Data Center Services teams • Engage with internal stakeholders to evaluate potential colo-location partners • Translate requirements to OCI controls and communicate alignment with stakeholders • Coordinate and drive program and process improvement • Own and drive a relationship with key business stakeholder(s) • Establish milestones and deliverables, as required • Drive process improvement and control implementation projects
