The Program Management Role of Engineering in the OCI Data & AI services group will be responsible for development, design, global operations, planning, forecasting and execution of a critical Cloud Service. Responsibilities of this role include: Setting the technical direction for the architectural in collaboration with other senior technical resources. Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives in partnership with leaders across various Oracle business groups and customers. Drive innovation through advancement of OCI data services. Management responsibility over multiple software engineering teams. Building high performing geographically distributed engineering teams through hiring and coaching. Establish and implement engineering strategies that align with applicable standards and regulatory practices
