Job Description Join our innovative team as an AI Infrastructure Technical Program Manager! In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing challenges, streamlining operations, and ensuring exceptional program delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Issue Management & Escalations • Proactively engage with the relevant teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain operational efficiency. • Quickly route customer-reported issues to the right stakeholders to facilitate seamless solutions. • Act as a principal escalation contact, ensuring rapid responses and effective resolutions. • Work closely with teams to manage server and GPU-related incidents and escalate issues as necessary. • Facilitate GPU rack troubleshooting with technicians, coordinating next steps and testing processes. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management • Provide clear and calm executive-level updates during critical situations. • Ensure alignment among stakeholders while maintaining project progress and momentum across different regions. • Maintain consistent communication across various time zones, keeping all technical and program stakeholders well-informed. • Prioritize deliverables per shift and ensure timely information dissemination to vendors. Program Delivery & Process Improvement • Support large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including both Abilene and future Stargate projects. • Participate in a rotation schedule providing ongoing war room coverage, covering days, nights, and weekends. • Identify areas needing process improvement and collaborate with teams for effective resolutions. Responsibilities • Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational abilities; manage multiple workstreams effectively under tight deadlines. • Remain composed during high-pressure scenarios, navigating complex and urgent operations. • Possess technical expertise in server and GPU rack deployments, as well as data center operations. • Exhibit proactive leadership with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of driving results. • Have extensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and mission-critical environments. • Build trust and foster collaboration among diverse teams and functions. • Be adaptable and flexible in managing tasks across varying time zones and shifting business needs. Work Environment • Embrace a rotational coverage model that ensures 24/7 support, with shared responsibilities across the team. • Enjoy a remote-friendly work environment with no requirement to be on-site in Abilene or other locations. • Coordinate efforts across multiple regions and time zones, including the US, Singapore, UAE, and UK. • Be open to occasional travel as necessary for the business. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range is $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity opportunities.
