Director of Channel Partnerships / Strategic Alliances is required who will lead and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem for a fast-growing, global AI-powered SaaS platform transforming ITSM and enterprise service management for thousands of customers worldwide. This newly created role comes as the business expands its sales and channel presence across the US. Offering a base salary of circa $190–210k with OTE $270–300k + benefits. The position is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and you need to be based locally. Key skills required for the Director of Channel Partnerships / Strategic Alliances • 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or channel leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment • Proven record of growing partner ecosystems and driving revenue through tech and channel partnerships, including ISV alliances • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM, enterprise software strategies, and partner models • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders • Strategic yet hands-on leader with the drive to build and scale a new function • Bonus: Experience in ITSM / IT Service Management Software What you’ll do as a Director of Channel Partnerships / Strategic Alliances • Define and execute the alliance and channel strategy across technology and GTM partners • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners aligned with the platform’s growth roadmap • Lead partner enablement, training, and co-sell initiatives • Build revenue-generating programs and run QBRs to track and optimize performance • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and wider teams to deliver joint success Why this role?
