Role Overview We are a career coaching firm supporting high-potential students and early-career professionals targeting Finance roles in the U.S. We’re hiring a Part-Time Finance Tech Coach to help students build job-ready financial modeling and analysis skills and translate them into interview-level performance. This is not a teaching role — it’s hands-on, practical coaching based on real finance work. This remote role requires candidates to reside in the Eastern Time (ET) zone. Responsibilities • Coach students on core finance technical skills, including: • Financial statements analysis (IS / BS / CF) • Excel financial modeling (3-statement models, forecasting) • Valuation methods (DCF, Comps, Precedents) • Corporate finance / FP&A concepts • Guide students through case-style finance assignments and take-home tests • Review and refine students’ technical explanations for interviews • Provide structured feedback on models, logic, and assumptions • Occasionally co-host mock interviews or technical review sessions Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in: • Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A, Corp Finance, or Finance Consulting • Strong hands-on experience with Excel modeling • Clear understanding of U.S. finance interview standards • Able to explain complex financial logic clearly and practically Nice to Have • Experience interviewing candidates or mentoring juniors • Familiarity with take-home finance assignments • Experience working with international students / early-career talent Time Commitment • Part-time / contract basis • ~3–8 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 – 8 per week Work Location: Remote
