Optomi, in partnership with a leading provider in the Healthcare Industry is seeking a GRC Consultant to join their team! This organization is in the process of implementing a new GRC tool to enhance our governance, risk management, and compliance capabilities. This tool will streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Scope of Work: The GRC Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:Assessing current GRC processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the specific needs of the organization. • Developing detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and guidelines. • Ensuring that the documentation aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards. • Providing training and support to staff on the new processes and documentation. • Driving the Process Documentation utilizing current Staff. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:Strong technical knowledge of GRC tooling and the implementation within a large environment, including data and API exchange with other IT applications such as CMDB and Contract management tools • Extensive experience in GRC consulting and process documentation. • Strong knowledge of GRC tools and their implementation. • Ability to drive a project with stakeholders from various departments • Healthcare background preferred, but not required • Knowledge of NIST, MARS-E, and other Frameworks helpful • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
