Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and Caregivers to provide high-quality patient-centered, non-medical personal assistance services to seniors in their homes. Flexible schedules available. Duties • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. • Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility • Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep • Offer companionship and emotional support • Assist with medication reminders (non-clinical) • Support safe ambulation, transfers, and fall-prevention • Maintain timely documentation and communicate changes to supervisor • Follow the Plan of Care and all agency policies • Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans. Qualifications • CNA Certification (preferred) • Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or personal attendant • Reliable transportation & willingness to commute within assigned ZIP codes • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and assist with mobility • Clear background check • Positive attitude, patience, and respect for elderly clients • Proficiency with Digital documentation applications/software and EVV, for systems like Axiscare & similar platforms. • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations • Strong communication skills coupled with compassion for patient well-being. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
