Optimize Search Group has partnered with a rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare company that is seeking a VP of Procurement. This is a highly visible role that reports to the CFO. We have assisted this company in hiring 10+ people over the years and the feedback is extremely positive. They have a laid back, collaborative culture, a strong work/life balance, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote). This person must reside in DFW currently. Vice President, Procurement • 10+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, and purchasing • Must have healthcare and experience working with GPOs • Strong contract negotiation experience • Experience in consulting preferred but not required. • Basic PM skills.
