Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Frisco, TX 2 days a week required on site Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the infrastructure components of a large-scale commercial lending transformation initiative. This role will focus primarily on coordinating server builds and ensuring the seamless execution of backend infrastructure efforts to support the broader project goals. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, business, and executive stakeholders to drive timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of server builds and infrastructure deliverables in support of a commercial lending platform implementation. • Lead Waterfall-based project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Manage end-to-end project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting. • Drive project governance by maintaining and reporting on RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure requirements and timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and milestones. • Create and maintain detailed project charters, plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment and accountability. • Utilize JIRA for task management, issue tracking, and team collaboration. • Support AFS Vision implementation and AFS conversion activities within the project scope. • Ensure project alignment with overall strategic business goals in commercial lending. Key Qualifications: • Proven experience managing technical infrastructure projects, especially those involving server builds. • Strong background in project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall. • Hands-on experience managing complex commercial lending system implementations. • Familiarity with AFS Vision and AFS Conversion processes is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated success managing project financials from initiation through closure. • Proficient in tracking and resolving project issues using RAID logs and risk management frameworks. • Skilled at navigating and influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced user of JIRA and other project management tools (MS Project, Confluence, etc.). • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
